LOTD: Cut Crease

Look Of The Day! LOTD posts will be happening more frequently on Buzzed For Beauty. These pictures were taken a few weeks ago, and for this look the primary feature I focused on making more dramatic were the eyes.

For this look I used a frosty white eyeshadow to color my lid and cut the crease with a matte black shadow. Then I added cream colored liner to my waterline, liquid black liner to line my upper lashes, and winged out the same matte black shadow on my bottom lashline, under the liner. I added concealer in between the two black wings to emphasize the shape. The fun part was the glitter, which I took from my NYX cream glitter palette. I added three different kinds of glitter. First I used a clearish cream with lots of multi colored glitters in it. Then I used 2 different kinds of silver. Add mascara and voila! Done.

Face: Physicians Formula Waikiki Strip
MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural
Maybelline Foundation in either Dream Liquid Mousse or Fit Me

Eyes:
Rimmel London Sexy Curves Mascara
Kat Von D Eyeshadow Palette in Metal Orchestra
NYX Glitter Cream Palette in Ice Queen
Wet and Wild Brow/Eyeliner Pencil in Dark Black
Urban Decay Liner in Midnight Cowboy

Lips: Urban Decay Lipstick in Lovechild

I really loved this look because of the glitter in it, which isn't clearly visible in all the pictures, but in person it looked so vibrant.

What do you think of this look? I like it a lot, and I loved that I got to use my new NYX glitter cream palette with it. More looks with that in the future! I think this would look great paired with some glam false lashes and  a red lip as well, so I might be posting that twist on the look not too far away from now. Leave a comment below!
